
YMCA Professional Network (YPN) is a professional development network that all YMCA staff are part of.
The Upper Midwest Alliance of YMCAs supports two chapters: Chapter 41 (Wisconsin/U.P. Michigan) and Chapter 42 (Minnesota).
YPN gives Y staff the chance to benefit from increased peer-to-peer learning opportunities, strengthened leadership and professional development, and expanded networking opportunities.
