• October | Fall Conference

New Y Leaders is an opportunity for staff who are in their YMCA role three years or less. Staff will get connected with others across the state and be provided with leadership training and opportunities. What makes this series special is that there is no pre-determined curriculum. Everything that will be covered is based on the groups feedback about where you are at in your career development and what you need to learn to achieve your professional goals.

• Leading & Coaching Others
• Your personality style and managing personalities in the workplace
• Mastering Crucial Conversations with your staff and members
• Owning Your Career Development
• Y-USA Resources and Trainings
• Opportunities outside of the Y for Development
• Networking
